The Official Official Rule
Place one foot firmly on the platform, ensuring your entire foot is supported. Drive through your heel and lift your body up onto the platform, bringing the trailing leg up to meet the lead leg. Step back down, keeping one foot on the platform at all times. You will do 50 reps for each leg, alternating legs, for a total of 100 reps. It hurts so good.
