Burpee Broad Jumps

The Official Official Rule

Start standing. Squat down, kick your feet back into a plank position, do a push-up (chest to floor!), then jump your feet back in. Now explode upwards and forwards in a broad jump, landing with both feet in front of you. Do not take steps after landing.

Suck Factor

The evil love child of a burpee and a broad jump, this full-body blitzkrieg will test your endurance, explosiveness, and coordination.  Prepare for burning quads and aching shoulders.

How to Train

Consult our training guide, start small but aim big. Push yourself. We recommend leaving an offering of sweat and tears on the gym floor.
