Start with two dumbbells on the floor between your feet. Squat down, grab the dumbbells, and explosively drive upwards, launching yourself into a standing position while simultaneously pressing the dumbbells overhead. That's one rep. Now do it again. And again. (Until your soul leaves your body.)
