Do reps with your legs bending to at least 90°. Get low, get low.

Suck Factor

Not too bad at first. But the Suck Factor will steadily increase until your body is on fire and your ass hurts and your shoulders are going to fall off and you start cussing yourself for agreeing to do this. All of these are signs that you are doing it right.

Fancy Gyms (Not Needed)

  • State-of-the-art gym equipment (Nah. Just that weight and a little floor space. Maybe some motivational posters of squatting animals to inspire you.)
  • Spacious workout areas (Nope. See above.)
