Frog Hops + Jump Squats

The Official Official Rule

Jump and land with both feet at the same time. Don’t take any steps after landing. Once you have made it to the end zone (100 yards), complete 60 jump squats, bending your knees between 45° and 90° each time. Frog hop your way back. (This is where legends are forged and mortals crumble.)
