The Official Official Rule

Carry two kettlebells 300 meters. If you must put the weights down to rest, move into the middle lane. If you have to make faces, we understand. They’re encouraged.

Suck Factor

This deceptively simple exercise will set your forearms on fire, test your grip strength, and challenge your mental fortitude.

Fancy Gyms (Not Needed)

  • State-of-the-art gym equipment (Nah. Just those heavy objects and a whole lotta floor space. Maybe some chalk for those sweaty palms.)
  • Spacious workout areas (You'll need room to walk. And maybe some padding for when those weights inevitably slip and you drop them on your feet.)

How to Train

Start with lighter weights and focus on maintaining good posture.
